I highly recommend working with Max. I reached out to Max in July 2023 in regards to an airline settlement for help in getting refund for my claim. I emailed Max multiple times asking him questions and to follow up on my refund status. He patiently answered all of my questions right away and followed up appropriately on information for my questions. After months of waiting on the refund from the airlines, I finally just received full refund in January 2024 which I had lost hope for.
