Excellent customer service and communication

TLDR; James was fantastic, generous with his time. I was able to resolve my issue with inaccurate reporting on my credit report because of the guidance he provided me AND it didn't cost me anything! Full review: I had an issue with some identity theft related items inaccurately showing up on my credit report, and impacting my credit score. I found James through a random Google search. Honestly, I wasn't super hopeful, but James walked me through the exact steps and documentation I needed to dispute the results. He even reviewed my materials and developed a dispute letter that I could send to the credit agencies. I asked him how he would charge for all this, and he said if the dispute resolved itself there would be no charge and if not we would have the option to proceed with litigation where it would be based on contingency I found this to be more than fair, and as it turned out, based on the guidance provided, the dispute did infact get resolved without litigation. The whole process cost me nothing, and I am grateful for the counsel James provided. Needless to say, I would recommend you reach out to James for a consultation to understand if your FCRA violation, identity theft, or credit report related issues are something that he can help with.
