Following the completion of my retainer agreement for WTC VCF on 10/13/23, I have not received any communication from the firm, which is regrettable. Despite reaching out via email to Frank on 1/14, 1/17, 1/31, and 2/19 to request an update, I have not received any response. It's concerning that despite sharing significant personal medical information and signing the retainer agreement four months ago, there has been no correspondence since. If this is legally permissible, it certainly raises ethical concerns.
