Jared and his team were incredibly helpful to me after being in a car accident last year. Jared was extremely responsive and always available to answer my questions by phone or email. I was so grateful for his help dealing with the auto insurance companies to get my car fixed and regarding all the doctors I needed to see. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to settle my case. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who has been in a car accident.

My personal experience was wonderful and exceptional. I was referred to Raphaelson and Levine Law Firm by a client of theirs who gave them excellent ratings and said I won’t be disappointed and she was right they settled my case in under a year that was very impressive. The client states they would be able to help me after the first lawyer I had was not reachable and out of touch with my case. I was injury in a car accident last April 2017 and came to Raphaelson and Levine a couple of months after that, and I never looked back. My personal lawyer Joe Taylor is PHENOMENAL words cannot describe how having him as my personal Laywer has been .During my case he kept in touch with me on a weekly basis to make sure I knew the progress of my case and for any reason I called and he was not available by the end of the day I am receiving a phone call from him.Also During this process I suffered a personal tragedy in my life and he was there for me, it would seem that I knew him prior to the bond and friendship that we have developed, and it was a pleasure,, and to close my case and got me the MAXIMUM AMOUNT for my claim 💪💪💪💪💪💪Thanks Raphaelson and Levine and big thanks to MR JOSEPH TAYLOR !!!!!!😃💯

My wife and I recently married and went into a contract on a new home in Brooklyn. To make a long story short, we were first time homebuyers in NYC. We learned from the Title agency, sitting at closing with only our half of the party present, that the seller transferred the title to our property a few days prior to closing. We had no idea something like that could happen and our faith in the process was a bit shaken. Enter Zachary, who came referred to us by a friend of ours who is also a lawyer. Neither my wife nor I had been in a situation like this before and came in expecting the worse. We got conflicting advice from close friends and family as to whether we should even pursue the seller for our losses. Fortunately, Zachary helped us understand the process and was extremely patient with our litany of questions and concerns. He helped us to a speedy and successful settlement, advising us from start to finish. We couldn't recommend Zachary more, and would happily work with him again if we end up in the unfortunate situation where we need a real estate litigator.

I had an absolutely stellar experience with Raphaelson & Levine. I had consulted with a different attorney before getting a personal recommendation for Andrew Levine, and I am so glad that I switched! Andrew is extremely knowledgeable, quick, personable, and most of all, experienced. He was prompt with all communications, always kept me in the loop, answered any and all questions (and I had many over the 18 months of my case, sent via both text and email!), and explained every step of the process. His office staff was efficient and friendly. My case was settled more quickly than I had hoped, and I was extremely pleased with the result. I cannot recommend this firm enough, the best possible experience I could have hoped for.

Amazing firm! Very happy with the outcome of my case. My attorney Ben was incredibly competent and communicative with me. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and was quick to reply to me when I had questions regarding any facet of the case. Many times I had questions or received bills and letters that I wasn't sure what to do with, they took care of it all. Andrew Levine is a great guy as well, he made sure he kept in touch with me during the process. I'm incredibly satisfied with the service they provided me.

Raphaelson & Levine did more then right by me. Based on my experience I would never think to hire or refer another law firm - that is how happy I was with how they handled my case! I was in a confusing/unique situation. I got hit in the rear twice in 9 months by people high on panikillers.. I had hired an attorney someone referred me to. I thought he was good until the 1st case settled - and the monies I received for my injuries was 80% less then the attorney hinted I would be getting (received a ok 5 figures vs a low 6 figures) and he told me about 5 days before trial that he brings in a litigator to litigate his cases versus doing it himself. At this point I spoke to a friend who was a in house attorney for a company who said speak to Andrew Levine. I was so upset at this point, all I knew was that I needed a new attorney so when I called I did not give Andrew an option - I told him he has to take my case. Thankfully he did. He explained to me that the attorney should not have filed the cases the way he did (remember there are 2 accidents) and he should have turned the two cases into one and let the insurance company's figure out who pays what. For 18 months Andrew was my attorney - whenever I called with a question he would pick up the phone if available or call me back within 24 hours. Whenever items had to be handled in my case he would make sure I understood what was going on. October 2017 - Final result - Andrew got me a lot more money then I did in the first case (the first attorney told me do not expect more then 30k for the second case) & MOST IMPORTANTLY the Attorney's for the Insurance Company said to me "You are lucky you switched to Raphaelson & Levine because if you stuck with the first attorney we would have taken the risk and gone to trial and there would have been a good chance you got ZERO" On a side note I have already recommended Andrew on a second case and he got that person double what the other attorney's were telling him the case was worth.

Ha rudest bunch of "lawyers" if you can call them that out there. NEVER EVER calling again. My opinion, stay away.

One of the best lawyers and team you can ask for. We kept communications at a high and the team was very responsive and helpful. Everything went smooth with the case, no hiccups. And they went beyond what they were suppose to do which I'll never forget and I'm sure they know what they did to help my situation even more because it's all about good relations. 5 stars excellent service from the team! Steven Gershowitcz was my lawyer and you will not find a better advocate or a guy who will fight for his client as this man does. The firm saw to it that all my medical needs were met and took care of the endless paper work that the insurance companies sent me and in the end I was fairly compensated for my injuries. These guys are not your everyday attorneys they are the real deal!!!! They get 5 stars from me all day
