After suffering from a horrible car accident in Long Island, NY, I originally went with a larger national branded injury law firm with a jingle. After fully healing from physical therapy, the initial law firm sat on my case for over a year and barely pushed to get it resolved. Long story short, I changed law firms to Raphaelson Levine working with Samantha Raphaelson and she immediately worked to got the case resolved quickly. If I could do it all over again, i would have just gone with Samantha first! Don't waste your time with other law firms. Samantha from Raphaelson Levine will get the job done!

Best lawyers ever!! I cannot speak highly enough about Andrew Levine and his staff. Andrew is a true type A personality who pays attention to every detail, never forgets anything and stays in constant touch. He always made sure I understood every aspect of my case. I never felt out of the loop. After my settlement was negotiated the opposing council actually came up to me and said "if you hadn't had Andrew as your lawyer your settlement would have been less". I think that says it all!
