I worked with David Gross for quite some time and he got me 100% of everything available. He was responsive and knowledgeable. I hope I do not ever need him again but if I do, I will only contact him!!! I highly recommend David Gross with Finklestein and Partners. Thank you for everything.

I am not a person who would usually call a lawyer, but I was walking in a shopping center parking lot in Westchester when I fell because the parking lot was broken up. I contacted David Gross and he made me feel very comfortable. He explained what he could do to help me and was always there for me, even giving me his direct extension . We were able to settle my case after he started law suit. David went above and beyond his regular duties for me and made me feel at ease knowing I picked the right lawyer. I would definitely highly recommend David Gross.

I am a union cement and concrete construction worker that was working at the Barclay’s Center in downtown Brooklyn when the extension ladder I was on was not secured and slipped out when I was at the top. I fell to the ground, landing on my feet and severely broke some bones in my toes. One of the breaks was so bad I needed surgery. I still can’t walk right. I called an advertising lawyer and he knew the case was too big for him so he referred me to Finkelstein & Partners and I am really glad he did. Everyone at the law firm was so nice and helpful. Even though I live in Orange County and the office I worked with was in Newburgh, they handled the case in Brooklyn without any problems. The lawyers pushed my case to a great settlement – way more than I ever thought I would get. Anyone who has a construction injury should definitely call Finkelstein & Partners – they know what they are doing.

After I was in a car accident in NY, I needed a great lawyer. I checked online and I am really happy I picked Finkelstein & Partners. They jumped on my case right away. Even though I was a passenger in the auto accident, I was worried the insurance company would deny responsibility because the driver claimed a deer jumped in the road. Thankfully Finkelstein & Partners was able to settle my case for the full amount of insurance without starting a lawsuit. I am from NJ and think the lawyers at Finkelstein & Partners are excellent.

When I had my car crash in Newburgh, I was not sure what lawyer I should call in Orange County. Thankfully a friend suggested Finkelstein & Partners. I didn't have an easy case and they weren't too sure they would take my case and I am glad they did. Even though I live in Pine Bush, it was worth going to Newburgh to get the best accident lawyers in the Hudson Valley. I am very thankful to my team of attorneys who worked on my case including David Akerib, Esq. and Nancy Morgan. I found Nancy Morgan to be an awesome attorney.

I highly recommend Finkelstein & Partners if you’ve had a serious injury. When I lost my leg while riding a motorcycle because someone was texting and driving and caused the crash, it was the scariest day of my life. My fiancée called Finkelstein & Partners right away and it was the best thing she could have ever done. They jumped right on the case, took critical pictures of the accident scene and interviewed key witnesses. They were with me throughout the entire process, helping me with everything I needed. What I really appreciated was that from the beginning, they told me this was my case and their job was to give me all the information to make an informed decision. They really did that. They spent the time with me to educate me on the impact of each decision I had to make and I really felt in control of my case. I was blown away when they did the deposition of the other driver, it was awesome. When it came to negotiating, they were able to ultimately work out a settlement where I know I would not have done any better if I went to trial. They changed my life and I can’t thank them enough.

Sadly against my better judgement, I was lured into retaining this law firm. I was involved in a bad head on accident in Orange County. After months of treatment and repeat surgeries, I decided to look into my legal options. My doctors at the time recommended this law firm and assured me that I would be well taken care of. I'll be honest. In the first 2-3 months, I felt like I was a real person, NOT a number. My attorney seemed genuinely interested in my well being and my case. After about four months, the interest sharply dropped. My calls were hardy returned. I experienced attitude with the staff. I decided to stick it out but after months of disinterest in my case, I decided to switch. I later learned that my trusted doctor had a 'working relationship' with the attorney and received perks for the referral. That attorney was not actually assigned to the case and only checked in to make sure the referral was secure. Very upset and feel used. It gets worse. My assigned attorney was wonderful but literally in another office over an hour away. My case manager was in a different office across the river. Meeting with my manager seemed to be an enormous task met with a not so pleasant attitude. I felt like she wanted me off the phone. It truly ruined my experience and will never recommend this firm in the future. I was convinced that my calling them seemed to only disturb them despite the lack of communication.... I decided to take my concerns to the partner of the firm and was assured my case was 'moving well' and 'on track' despite the delays and breakdown in distance in the members of the team. A genuine law firm needs to have a cohesive working team that will take the time to go the extra step and be passionate for the well being of their clientele. I can honestly say here that this not only failed my expectations, it failed the expectations of friends and family. Please do yourself a favor and do your research and importantly read the fine print in the retainer. While this firm also boasts a 33% fee, it subs work out through another company (owned by the firm) for additional fees. Thanks for reading.

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing a personal injury attorney. They were professional and courteous. They kept me informed at all times. Every step was thoroughly explained to me along the way. So glad I called them!
