Happened to see Joe O'Connor at an event a couple of days after my elderly brother was seriously injured on the job. I told him what happened. Making no attempt whatsoever of fishing for a case, he gave me some free advice. He said "Regardless of whatever Law Firm you go with, do not wait. " We hired O'Connor and Partners and couldn't have made a better decision. Their hard work, professionalism and experience resulted in my brother being compensated for all the pain and suffering he endured because of someone else's negligence!

Although I wish I never needed to reach out to Larkin Ingrassia law firm, I could not have picked a better place to help me in my time of need. Brittney was my lawyer, and she was absolutely amazing. A literal gift from the heaven of law firms. As a young woman I found myself very intimidated and overwhelmed with this process at first, but as soon as I met Brittney and had her by my side I felt confident, informed and listened to. She made me feel less so like a client, and more so as someone important to her that she was FIGHTING for. I am and continue to be 19+ months sober after my ordeal, and having Brittney to help me through this process and make me feel good and most importantly like I could breathe, has been a huge part of keeping be sober. Brittney fought and got me second chance at life and I am forever grateful. She has given me the greatest gift, and now I am a powerful sober woman. Ms. Kessler has all the character traits, and WORK ETHICS YOU WOULD EXPECT AND WANT from a lawyer. She is the definition of professionalism behind a bench in court for your DEFENSE. She was the first person that welcomed me at Larkin Ingrassia. After taking all the information she needed to ESTABLISH a defense. We proceeded with a handful of hearings. Communication between me and her was always SOLID. I was never left out of any updates for my case. The law firm was also a phenomenal professional environment. Larkin Ingrassia is the hiding gem for legal representation in Newburgh area. She is always punctual, organized, careful, and persistent. She has complete knowledge of NYS PENAL CODE, and always showed effort in wanting the best outcome for me. The ball rolled at court. Not knowing the direction I would end up in the long run. After a handful of court hearings. I could say, she did a phenomenal job. I ended up having the best outcome. She is not the typical lawyer you would see at court, that looks sloppy and are only in for the money. I would recommend her to anyone. Do you need a law firm? I would highly recommend Derek Andrew's to anyone in need of a good defense Attorney! He will do everything necessary to make sure to secure the best possible outcome for your personal situation. I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer / Law Firm. From the first conversation on the phone Derek Andrews put my mind at ease and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. I moved out of state so it made the case that much more difficult. He was thorough and took his time making sure things weren't rushed but done right. The judge told me she wanted me to know how hard Derek fought for me which not only felt pretty good but shows what kind of a guy he is. If I didn't have someone in my corner that was willing to fight that hard, I would be looking at jail time. Thanks again for everything Derek.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with John Ingrassia. I am also beyond satisfied and grateful for the outcome of my case. Since I have never gone through anything like this, I was very unsure of the process. And despite some delays in response, he always reached out to my texts/ calls. He was very knowledgeable of my circumstances which made me feel assured that he (and his colleagues) were working diligently on my case. Great legal process! I was recommended by a friend and many business owners around Orange County! I went in for a consult at Larkin; they noticed I had mixed emotions so they suggested to call them back and discuss more over the phone because that was what made me comfortable. Not often that you will get those types of accommodations. Not many legal offices will take the time to consider your feelings. I called back and spoke with Brittany Kessler right away I knew she was the one. She has extreme skill and great follow through. She is efficient, extremely, detailed to top it off her service is impeccable. I was told by many people my case was very hard to prove and rare to beat. Because of Brittany helping me beat the odds and can go back to my life. I have never been in any legal trouble but there is a first time for everything. Brittany Kessler was fantastic!! She came in and cleaned up the mess my last attorney left in a matter of weeks and got me the best possible resolution on my case possible!!

I definitely don’t use these people and I MOST definitely wouldn’t either especially Robert Noe. Last year I asked my husband for a divorce and I went right to Michelle Anderson as my divorce lawyer. I can’t say enough about her she’s the BEST of the BEST!! At least I can say that she’s there 100% for me as a lawyer should be for their client unlike my soon to be ex husband says about his lawyer. On 9/23/22 my soon to be ex husband had asked me what would happen to him if he doesn’t pay me my alimony. His lawyer Robert Noe REALLY needs to STOP with the highlighting so much and do his job and tell his client what can happen if he doesn’t pay me. Obviously it’s his job as a lawyer to tell his client. NOT ME !!!
