Without benefit of comparison, must say that the time to complete the the business and fees resulting was surprisingly high, so I cannot but wonder if there was more qualified and fair way to do it.

In my opinion one of the best law firms are in the area. I travel over an hour to use them. They have a team to cover all your needs except divorce, but they refer you to other great attorneys if they can't help you. Prices are fair for the quality and expertise you receive. Michelle Rider, partner is also a CPA, which is excellent for any business. Very professional yet understanding at the same time. I highly recommend the team.
