Trying to get a response from Bruce is IMPOSSIBLE. I have money owed to me since 2023 and he will not respond to any of my requests. Very poor business manners.

we hired him to read the sales contract on our house - he obviously did not read the contract and just send it on to us the loan for the buyer did not go thru because the Buyer did not put down enough down payment and therefore did not get the loan. This Lawyer should have made us right away aware of that we have lost 3 month because of his neglegience.
