My experience with Derek is 100% positive. My fiancé and I had complications with our wedding plans due to Covid and were forced to either have the wedding (which we didn't want to with restrictions/new variants) or pay the full amount to cancel. No compromise or middle ground. We acquired the help of Derek to get us a positive outcome. Derek was very knowledgeable and extremely sympathetic to our issue. He got right to work, outlined his strategy and he updated us consistently. We were able to cancel our contract without having to pay any additional money thanks to Derek's work. Derek came through for us and we would certainly recommend him.

I had a few violations including tints - unregistered vehicle - temp plates not being real - much more Derek was able to get me a great deal if I stayed out of trouble for 6 months . Also he's very easy to work with and really keeps you up to date with your case I high recommend him

I was charged with my first DUI and DWAI. I was worried and lost on what to do, I had no experience with criminal charges. I knew if I didn’t want to be a convicted criminal. I can not even express how grateful I am to this man. I was facing a very serious charge. I had received two DWIs within the 10 year period. I was originally facing 1-3 years in prison. My first attorney told me to take the deal. He managed to get me drug court and felony probation. I would be pleading to a felony.
