If you want a PROFESSIONAL, SMART, and CARING lawyer then Mr. Shiller is the lawyer for the job! He will work hard to fight for you and your family and won't back down form anyone! He made sure he took the time to educate me and answer all my questions and ease my fears. I didn't like the legal aid I started out with and I'm so glad I found him. I'm so pleased with his services involving my custody case with my 10 month old daughter. What I like is that he puts himself in your shoes and is not afraid to fight for what is right! This lawyer is worth every dime! I highly recommend him for your case!

Have gone to Shiller Law Office time and time again and words cannot express how thankful I am for Mr. Shiller. Never go to court alone, always have Mr. Shiller as your lawyer. Over the last five years I have to admit I have needed a lawyer several times and have retained Eric Shiller. I have had 2 bad speeding tickets that he got me zero points on. I had a very serious DWI that I should have received at least probation on but Mr. Shiller was able to get it reduced to a traffic infraction and saved my job and my license. He lets you know what you need to do and Shiller is very blunt and explains everything to you and never keeps you in the dark. He knows the law and all the court people. Most of all he fights for you. So of course I hired Mr. Shiller to keep custody of my kids and he battled for me every step of the way to keep my boys showing that my ex was a bad parent. Shiller is worth every penny, he is awsome and will fight for you.

Eric Shiller is an amazing attorney! He modified my custody petition and even got me temporary full custody for the months leading up to the trial. He knows his stuff. He had my back the whole time and walked me through every step of the legal process. He cares about his clients and will fight for you at every turn! You definitely want him as your attorney! Court is so stressful especially when custody of your child is at stake, and a hostile ex makes inflammatory false allegations against you. My first lawyer was completely ineffective, never returned my calls or gave me any sense of what to expect at each stage of the legal process. They used up my retainer having done nothing but stand next to me in court like a life size doll. When I went to Eric, he spent about 2 hours on the phone with me, giving specific, relevant advice and information about what to expect throughout the court process and my prospects for sole custody of my son. He didn’t charge me for any of that. He showed up to court with me a few days later before I had even paid the full retainer. Super flexible and willing to work with me to pay him in a manageable way while not letting me be alone in court. He was always available to answer any question I had and right away took me off the defensive and took leadership of the whole case. He’s a straight shooter who could see what I was dealing with and gave me insight beyond the case in how to manage interactions with my ex. He drew up a comprehensive settlement that my ex agreed to and I was able to get sole custody of my son. In such a stressful situation, he gave me peace of mind and was very effective. Even now I can call him and he will give me feedback as I try to co parent with my still hostile ex. I completely recommend him.
