I have been with them for a couple of years now, and they have been very helpful and respectful. Everytime I go in, they treat me like family and get right to the point. I currently have 2 immigrant cases for Parol in Place, and these things have been moving very smoothly so far. They are very honest and open when having a consultation and let you know if there is something they can do to help you. I have had a couple of tickets that I had handled here and they where able to reduce them to a parking ticket

My husband reached out to inquire about visa services. The owner brushed us off and put us in touch with his paralegal, Jorge. Jorge never showed up to our set meeting and wouldn't return our calls. He finally called my husband back 4 weeks after we first reached out and gave us advice that was googleable and incorrect. At the end of the call he hung up on my husband after my husband said his answer was disappointing and unacceptable and that he would reach out to the owner about it.

I came into the office looking for a few answers to immigration questions. I spoke to someone named Jorge who was a paralegal or legal assistant. He gave me a couple of suggestions to bring a friend here from Honduras and the document that he needed to fill out. Most of what he told me I had heard before but I was more annoyed because I was going to the office for only a consultation. I was there no more than 15 minutes and the cost was $150.00. That's a rip off. I'm a senior citizen and have hired a few attorneys in the past and got to speak to the attorney himself and not an assistant
