Mr. Coffey saved us from 2 questionable properties looking out for us in ways other lawyers may have missed particularly on the contract. The lawyer you choose is very important. For example, in July, we were the sellers. During closing our attorney had to lean across the table to show the buyer's attorney his math error and, the buyer had to cut us another check. Worse, the buyer's attorney sent us (seller) emails instead of our attorney. Mr. Coffee will not tolerate such conduct. He will have your legal needs addressed, his Paralegal always contacts you immediately. You will be kept informed and he's a straight foward, no bravado attorney.
