This woman did not represent me and hardly represented my fiancé. She took the money. Waited months to do anything and then her assistant lost everything that was given to her and had to be given multiple times. The paperwork kept being demanded time after time. Very unorganized and did not help with anything after over a year of adjourned court dates and dragging the case out. Then dropped her client after thousands of dollars were spent. Waste of time and money to say the least. Disgusted and disappointed.

I'm trying to figure out how paid close to 20k in mysterious charges and they let a measly public defender beat in them in a custody trial. I provided damaging text,pictures, & videos and they still couldn't get the job done. Actually had the nerve to send me a mysterious invoice for 3k after losing my custodial rights. Charged me $105 everytime they emailed me or the courts on my behalf. $35 fee to respond to my emails. At the first consultation, it all sounds so good and they will reel you in but BEWARE!!! Invoices come randomly in the amounts of 3k, 6k and evern 10k.

Dont do it!!! You will thank me. This firm puts out they are fathers rights attorneys but never fight for you as a father. Kept telling me to give a little. Told me there was more important cases then mine. Never received billing statements from them to this day. Or any paperwork. I payed $3500 for three court appearances and fired them.

Refused to hear my case because she was "Too busy" for my "nonsense." I'm unsure as to how she knew my court case was nonsense... I've never met this woman or her staff in my life and I can only assume she and her employees are judgemental, rude, and utterly unprofessional. Very unpleasant experience and I would NOT recommend.

Beth made sure that my significant other was represented in every aspect, she did not back down from a fight or what we were asking for when it came to child support and custody for his two older children. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Very professional and she is very knowledgeable about the laws of NYS, She does her job very well!!
