Came to a deal with a client of his. Once the deal got to Dave's office everything went South. Zero communication from his office and his unethical practices caused the deal to be lost.
In response to Dave's response. I am far from a liar. I have an email sent directly from seller with his own terms that we agreed upon. I also have the seller on my voicemail talking about the deal we agreed upon.
