I’ve worked with David Badanes on two separate occasions. His knowledge and professionalism led me back to him a second time. His confidence and intelligence shined through both matters achieving our much desired result. It also ended in comfort as he assured me that he’d be at my fingertips should I need him again moving forward. He was kind,courteous and accommodating in both matters. I want to share a few words about David, who handles my uncontested divorce. He is a high-level professional with a positive attitude and excellent work ethics. He is very responsive. David is the type of lawyer who would always call you back or shot you an email on the same day no matter what type of question you have. This attitude from the lawyer is very important for me as I'm going through some difficult times in my life. I would add that he is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and if there is any difficult question he would go above and beyond to find the right answer for his client. I think his prices are fair and absolutely reasonable for the high-level advocacy service that he is providing. I met David in November 2015 and after talking with him, he gave me sound advice on how to proceed with filing a petition for divorce. With his guidance we navigated one of the most difficult times of my life. We talked about an affordable payment policy, and was able to file and secure divorce quite rapidly. Although additional court appearances were required due to my ex not playing nicely, David once again helped me to negotiate wisely. It was the toughest 3 1/2 years of my life; and with a child involved, we were able to secure a good final stipulation, win sole custody, secure child support, as well as marital property,, QDRO, and all documents necessary to rest all cases in our divorce. I am happy to have all this in the past now and move on with my new life. I am not certain that I would be this settled so fast had it not been for David. He always found time to talk, text or chat whenever I had questions. I recommend his services to anyone new to filing as well as those who cannot find a proper fit or quality legal representation.

I hired David to represent me in my custody case that went to full trial. Initially, I needed to be represented because I was being falsely accused of abusing my newborn. It eventually turned into a custody battle that seemed to last forever!! Over a year and a half from start to final judgment. So I got to see more of David's work than many other's who end up settling. I also hired David to fight for my right to be with my Daughter and seek full custody. This was a very tall order considering 80% of these decisions go to the Mother, 12% to Men and 8% end in Joint custody. It required a precision defense to achieve this goal. Which is what he offered. From the start, I felt I was safe in making the right decision in hiring David. He was able to prove the abuse was false, and turn the case around to allow more time with my little one. My Ex went through two lawyers, both negative advocates, one even got sanctioned. David was calm, collective and smart with every move throughout my case. educating me along the way. He was aggressive when he needed to be. Not once did he lose his cool, even in our trial. It was obvious he had experience in this arena. In the end, I got Full Custody of my little one!!!! The best news to hear after a long battle. David is very accessible and easy to work with. He will work with you in terms of budget and most importantly, he's experienced. David achieved something very rare in getting me full custody. I'm forever thankful. You will be happy with his service regardless of the judgment. I learned so much during this ordeal through him. I realized if you want to win for whats best for your child, you cant leave it to your attorney to do all the work, it takes the client to help as well. There were times I had doubt. But that was just the brilliance of his strategy and my ignorance of the system. Thank you, David!!!! Two words can sum up my experience: Hire him!

I hired David to handle our legal separation. David successfully mediated on the behalf of both parties a legal separation agreement.
