Marc Scott Kallman was a savior when we hired him after firing another lawyer at the very last days before a property closing on the sale of our home and buying of a new home a couple weeks later. It was amazing how he worked with no time left on our closing. He spent days and nights reworking and rechecking the contracts right up to the closing. He pays attention to the overall scope and details of the property closings and one of his greatest strengths is planning ahead and forseeing problems before they arise. When the other lawyer representing the buyers made a couple of mistakes, Marc had corrected him. Also, he is personable, intelligent and down to earth. In addition, he is responsive to all questions and concerns and updates you on what he is working on for you. If not for his experience and willingness to take time in discussing things with us, everything above would not be possible. The willingness to discuss and taking as much time with us with our concerns was an unusual quality that places him above any other lawyer I have worked with. I would, wholeheartedly, highly recommend him.
