Needed help with bankruptcy … I went in and started that day … all my paperwork was turned in and before I knew it court date and that went smooth as well.I have been very ill and Colleen was so kind and sweet admire Neil and Colleen for their excellent care in the process .

When it comes to having to deal with the unpleasant things of life that sometimes happen, it helps a lot to have a law firm that's caring, compassionate and still professional and friendly. Bhatt Law Firm will work with you with no pressure. They were upfront with their fees and were fairly reasonable. I was allowed to make payments towards the balance until it was paid in full. Again, there was no pressure.

Was not upfront about fees. Took my retainer before I knew the true fees now expects me to wait 10+ days for the return of my money. Definitely not recommended if you are trying to file Bankruptcies dishonest in my opinion.

Does not return calls, can only talk to office staff, they do not complete task in a timely manner. Creditors and liens were not stopped. Office was ready to file only after all liens were on property and wages garnished.
