“The first time I went ,I was treated great. I was told to come back if I had anymore issues. But I can't say that I was treated good the second time.”

Lack of services for certain legal issues
“Honestly! What DO they help you with?! Every time I have called I get the SAME answer! "Um, no we don't have services for that". So, I repeat, what do they help you with!? A hangnail!? No, wait! They'd probably refer me to someone else for that too! What are they even there for??! Don't waste your time!!”

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff
“If u can help it…DONT USE THIS SEVICE AT THIS OLEAN LOCATION!!!! They seem to all be incompetent and unwilling to help. Initially, they included my back child support (which I now know is not taxable and therefore not considered as taxable income) into the income calculation and when I called back to ask them to re-evaluate my income, I was sent directly to Brad, a supervisor who was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help. He was actually awful.”
