Limited scope of services and unwillingness to assist
“Um, no we don't have services for that". So, I repeat, what do they help you with!? A hangnail!? No, wait! They'd probably refer me to someone else for that too! What are they even there for??! Don't waste your time!!”

“The first time I went ,I was treated great. I was told to come back if I had anymore issues. But I can't say that I was treated good the second time.”
