I have retained Mr. Vahl's services several times over the last 21 years for both real estate transactions and sensitive family matters. Most recently, he represented me in my divorce proceedings. He has always been nothing but extremely professional and expedient. I appreciate that he always takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions, explain the processes and timelines, and gives progress status updates. My company engaged Carl to help us navigate the legal requirements for inventory disposal requirements of inventory abandoned by a client. Carl researched the provided a clear plan of action. He was incredible in helping us meet all legal requirements, made contact with an auction house, arranged for meetings with the auctioneer and advised procedurally what we can and cannot do. In addition, Carl revised our service agreement to include language that would help provide a course of action should the same result again.
