Unable to Delete my review He did call me & there was a misunderstanding as well as a conflict so I was unable to retain him but I was pleased with the extra information on referring me to some other attorneys to help me .

I called his office needing an attorney ASAP He talked to me I thought that was good for a short time as it may of been close to closing. I was going to be in Olean on That Monday ( he Said he would call me to verify that there wasn't a conflict with the other party.)I would be able to stop by to talk & if need be hire with a retainer but he did not call me back & we didn't get to me . I'm Stuck with out an attorney was hoping to hire him

I worked with Dana for a long time. Fair, honest, realistic, and has a great presence in front of the judge. Retain this man before he becomes wildly successful and out of your price range.

Dana is a very thorough and knowledgeable attorney who has represented me in family court for the past five years. He's fought hard on my behalf and never led me astray. He is a Amazing lawyer I first started my family court proceeding back in 2010 and its now 2015 and im slowing getting out of it. I was not in the best place and Dana told me everything I should do, and if I did those things I would prevail, so I did I got everything I wanted with the guidance and advice of Dana he went against a very well known attorney and kicked his butt not once but two times! He puts clients first always and is very trustworthy and kind he was/is the only person I will ever trust when it comes to my child and my best interest! Dana was an amazing attorney for not only our child custody but for support as well. He promptly returned phone calls and email. He kept us updated the entire lenght of both cases. He would tell us where we stood.. what we could do to make our case even stronger. He is extremely honest and very hard working. He is truly one of the lawyers that put the client first. I was having a hard time with my custody battle with my kids and Dana was great. Very knowledgable and you could tell he really cared.. VERY good with letting me know whats going on.. weather it was in my favor or not. He was against a very well known attorney and all and all we prevailed... I would recommend him over and over and over again.
