“It's like pulling teeth to get them to be responsive(@mike). They were negligent with a matter they set up and lost us out on money and said there was nothing they could do unless we paid them more to get it, which would be pointless because paying them AGAIN would be around the same amount we were seeking to get back from a shady previous owner.”
