Words are difficult to find for the level of quality, professionalism and sincere direction provided by the DWI Team. As they navigated me through the court system. Their steady professionalism, resolve and knowledge guided me through the process. As it is difficult to truly express how impressed and thankful I am to them. Outstanding Experience!!

I would not recommend using them for a house sale/purchase at all. We used them to purchase a home and then sell it. Neither time did it close on the original date because they did not "get around to it" before the closing. If you do use them, expect to close at least 2 weeks later but probably closer to a month. If you want communication, good luck. I had to continuously reach out to get updates on what was going on. When we sold the house, they didn't even bother to handle the closure of our mortgage. Overall, they are frustrating to work with, provide very little clarity throughout the process, have to me micromanaged to ensure things move along, and then don't even complete the things they are responsible for. Do yourself a favor and find any other group.

Mr. Walton handled our home purchase and other business matters efficiently, effectively and at a competitive cost. But most important for me was that there were no follow-on legal issues post all of the paperwork being executed. And there were no follow-on legal issues. Great service. Dependable lawyer.
