Inconsistent quality of representation
“His new partner...Kip Wilson...not so much. He came to my workers comp hearing not even knowing what my history was. He point blank said that I would not win my case. Not sure why he would say this as he didn't even try.”

Lack of legal advice and support
“I call Mr. Wilson to ask what I can do and he says "I don't know what you can do, I'm not a doctor". I was asking legal advise!”
