Lack of action and poor representation
“Mr Marcus was criticized by the lawyers assoc. for bad lawyering but not guilty of an offense legally prosecutable in his representation of me. In over 9 rs he kept telling me that all things are going well. Bottom line---he did nothing, interviewed no one and the judge dismissed the case and stuck me w/court cost.”
