I didn’t want to do this because I like him as a person. However, my husband and I both hired him for separate cases we each had with exes. Both of us were ill-advised. He lied to me about what I was signing, and basically convinced me to sign something I shouldn’t have just so he could be done with court. He did the same with my husband. In court, he didn’t represent either of us fairly or justly. The other lawyers were able to out talk him. He didn’t allow me (the child’s mother!) to talk to the law guardian, and my ex was able to so he ended up having a cordial relationship with the LG. He missed court dates and failed to tell us about others. I really like him as a person, so it hurts to write this.

This lawyer listed 4 cases for me in family court. My ex wife made several harassing phone and actions she didn't agree to custody to have visitation with our 2 children. Tesseyman adopted the behavior of others and let the other attorney speak and not defend his client and miss court dates and late

He went to family court with me for my children's mother. He was unprepared and let the other attorney out speak him and was ill prepared. Due to that we ended up in criminal court
