I was very happy with the help with the help I got from Ken Auerbach and the staff at CBAS. I was treated as a valued client and after the defendant’s insurance company presented me with an offer I can only describe as insulting Ken was able to get me a settlement many, many times their original offer which was far more in line with the injuries I received in the accident. If you are in Suffolk County and are injured in an accident, I highly recommend you see Ken. I should mention my wife had received injuries in a different accident when her car was parked and got hit by another vehicle, and Ken greatly helped her out too. He is a heck of a nice guy and it doesn’t cost anything to talk to him, but I will highly recommend you don’t wait to see him, like I did. If you are hurt, see him right away, don’t delude yourself that the other person’s insurance company will treat you well, they won’t.
