DO NOT USE this lawyer or law firm. What a joke! Terrible communication! I had to run around this morning trying to find the court in Hampton Bays only to be told that I was NOT supposed to be in court this morning! They didn’t even notify me of date changed…I called Richard Cohen and told him what was happening. He was “All ears” until I told him I have another lawyer and that we are suing for Medical bills, Loss of work and pain and suffering due to landlords neglecting the ENTIRE water system. The well had Total Coliform bacteria in it.(And possibly more contaminants ie Fertilizers and pesticides.) I saw 9 different doctors and was hospitalized twice! After speaking with Richard personally, I would never call or speak to him again…Do yourself a favor and hire a professional lawyer..Steer clear… Very UNPROFESSIONAL..!!!
