Highly recommend Kim Rayner!

Ms. Rayner was amazing! I couldn't have been more happy with the way things turned out due to the hard work by her and her team. I knew from day one i was in good hands. She is a shark and doesn't stop fighting for you until the job is done. If you need an lawyer she is it!!!!

Highly recommend. I was happy with the outcome of my divorce. The most important aspect throughout the process was maintaining a significant relationship with my children, and although my ex-spouse was fighting for sole custody, I was awarded joint custody, 50-50. Ms. Rayner fought to ensure I would maintain joint custody. The legal process was explained clearly to me, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Ms. Rayner listened carefully to my concerns and worked with me to achieve my goals. Communication was timely and professional, both from Ms. Rayner and her office. At trial, Ms. Rayner demonstrated excellent professionalism and skill. The legal fees were reasonable and in line with what one might expect. I would highly recommend Kim Rayner to anyone dealing with a divorce case.

Approached this law firm for divorce. I didn’t feel my voice was heard or that I was well represented by my lawyers. Felt, that I hired a puppet who was played by someone else. No good professionalism or communication from the office. Posting this review because I felt responsible to give a honest opinion from my experience. Would never recommend.

Kim was highly recommended to me by my previous attorney when I needed to find an attorney who was licensed in both NY/NJ. Kim was able to settle my post-judgement matrimonial issue out of court; I was happy with the outcome. Kim was also able to reduce my child support obligation which my previous attorney told me was VERY unlikely to happen. Kim was professional throughout and honest with her billing practices. The staff at the office was also very courteous and got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had a question. Matrimonial issues are emotional and stressful, having a knowledgeable and intelligent attorney on my side helped me through a difficult process.

I rarely write reviews. But because I am a parent and understand the importance of this step, I genuinely advise you to not hire Ms. Rayner… no need to continue readying.. don’t take any chance . - The communication with Ms. Rayner was horrible. I proved to her in two phones that she didn’t read most of my emails. This will severely hurt your case. Fortunately, I documented these calls and emails and will try to get my money back specially with charges labeled as “Review email” - I didn’t feel at all that the court and specially the opponent lawyer respect her. The opponent lawyer didn’t reply to most of her emails and ignored many times. You need a diplomatic respected well known lawyer to hire - There were two incidents that Ms. Rayner had to open and read in a law book to answer a basic question while we’re at the call. I have doubt that her degree is even legit . I’m going to contact the the association of NY bar with this matter and other issues. - Ms Rayner ends up being a puppet for the opponent lawyer. Last conference court call was so bad and pathetic. - during zoom meeting with Ms. Rayner, she told me that the judge ruling was extremely unfair. she stated that she knows him , he doesn’t change his mind and he made the decisions before even the conference hearing meeting. After I met the judge, I am very confident that only her poor performance is the only thing to blame. The judge seems very logical but missing crucial details. For the love of your kids … stay out

Dave jumped into action when I had a false criminal case slapped on me by my ex wife. He was judicious, painstaking with the details, informative and always assured me that things would only get better, not worse. And they did. Till the time he called me 5 months after the incident to confirm that the case had been dropped. Dave works meticulously and is a man of few words but he delivers!
