Always great went find anyone better

Don is the proven real estate professional in Penn Yan. Jackie Ledgerwood also works out of his office. They have done several real estate transactions for me over the years. Never a problem.

Services with this lawyer have been incredibly drawn out and slow. Originally signed contract for cash offer with buyer and orginal closing date that was OVER 4 months ago. Still not closed at the time of this writing and was told by my lawyer, he lost paperwork. I can't express enough how poor and unprofessional this experience has been. Previously this lawyer had been the lawyer to the abstract of the property I'm selling, however it has come to light at time of selling that the abstract from this lawyer was completely incorrect & incorrect. It has since had to be redone at my own cost with my seller.

I have used Don at least a half dozen times in the past 20 years. He is timely, thorough and honest. I always felt that he had our best interest in mind. I would recommend Don to anyone that is looking for something to be done right and who is looking for someone that they can trust.

Attorney for the buyer of my property. Extremely slow. Does not seem to have any regard for the parties involved. Have never experienced such a painfully slow real estate transaction.
