Fair and helpful

I'm deeply in crippling debt to Peter J. Craig for roughly the next decade of my life but they've been willing to work with me and aren't mean/rude.

My experirnce with this office was unjust and unfair. 17 yrs old hit by a drunk driver and never recieved my rightful reward for my pain and suffering/damages/past-present-future medical,..etc.. They are reluctunt on returning phone calls, preserving important documents, and keeping promises with no intentions on keeping them.

Third try to get a hold of this company that is sending us a collection letter for my daughter's Perkins loan from RIT. She is active duty military, but for some unknown reason RIT took her out of deferment stating that your Perkins loan can only be deferred if you are active military. (Yep, she still is active duty military). They get two stars because we keep getting letters. But as far as getting a return phone call? Nope.
