Andrew consulted with with first via phone and then in person, free of charge. He drew up a flowchart of how to proceed to get my Mother Medicaid and into a nursing home. I trusted him and followed his instructions to a tee! He charged just one flat fee. No hidden fees. I was never intimidated to call him! Thanks to Andrew, my Mom got into a facility. I hired Andrew when my mom’s managed long term care agency denied additional hours of home health care that she needed due to worsening health. He successfully represented her interests at the fair hearings which reversed the denial of additional hours so that she now receives the necessary amount of home health care. My mom also had hired Andrew several years ago when she needed to update her power of attorney and healthcare proxy, as well as to establish a family trust so that she would be able to remain at home rather than go into a nursing home if she ever needed home health care. We paid this lawyer $8,000 to help us get medicaid for our mother and then he wanted another $4,000 for him to help us for our father. What a rip-off! We did the work, searching and coping, He did NOTHING! We gave him copies of everyone piece of paper my parents had and he lost some of them. He is terrible, lazy and if we could we would sue him to get at least some of our money back!
