I normally do this work myself but didn't have time. The paperwork sent to NY by Frank Zappala was rejected by Clinton County. Upon my review, it was in fact done incorrectly. I redid it myself, and it went through with flying colors as always. I cordially offered the information to Frank Zappala hoping it would assist both him and his clients in their future endeavors. I did not request even a partial refund. This guy has the arrogance to bill me for research that further confirms his errors. You think about that.

I am so happy with the help I received by Mr. Zappala and his assistant Siobhan that were kind, courteous, and very professional. Very patient and always responded to me in a timely manner.
