“Thomas is actually my attorney now. In a eviction case. That I feel is a wrongful eviction. He is a great Attorney. He has strong listening abilities and shows willingness to listen. Actually showing he has compassion for his clients and cares about there best interest.”

Lack of responsiveness and unreliable communication

“Legal aid in Clinton County New York is absolutely haroseth. They do not call you back when they're supposed to. Do you not meet you at court when they're supposed to always have excuses every time you called her to why they can't talk to you or why you can't talk to the manager?”

Limited resources and inability to provide representation

“Judged denied me a lawyer. Went to legal aid. The woman on the phone said i would have a lawyer. The next week the attorney sent me a letter that said there werent enough attorneys to represent me.”
