Andrew has helped me with my first husband's estate, property transfers, will, prenup and divorce. All was handled professionally and efficiently. The office was so supportive during all these times. I can't say enough about Andrew and his staff!

I was extremely satisfied at the conclusion of my case with having Andrew Brockway as my attorney. He was very professional and experienced in handling my needs. Going through family issues is never an easy experience and Mr. Brockway was very empathetic and concerned about what was important to me as a client which made me feel at ease during a difficult time period.

October 2020 I paid 2,500.00 retainer fee for kevin Pickering to gain custody of his 2 kids. Andrew started off strong once handed the money. Spoke with us a couple times n went to court for a half hr. We needed to know why I wasn't allowed around these children and needed to make something happen. That's when the phone calls back to us stopped. We keep making appointments and are ignored. We finally on our own figured out why I wasn't allowed around. We put custody papers in and turned them into andrew. He denied accepting our custody case after accepting our money. We went to court once now without a lawyer and need to apply for council bc I can't afford another retainer fee. Never an invoice in the past year and no return phone call for months. Awful experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

No response back. Will not call these guys again.

Very unprofessional, had to call non stop to get any kind of answer. He kept cancelling every appointment I made with him including one the day before my court date. Didn’t even know what my case was about, had a 2 minute conversation with him over the phone and never heard back from him. Instead of telling me he wasn’t able to pick up my court date he left me hoping. I could have found someone else but here we are, the day before court and no one to take my case. I never write reviews, however I thought this one was needed. If you actually need a good lawyer, brockway is not the guy for you. Busy or not you should communicate a hell of a lot more to your possible clients. Never again.

As always, I appreciate Mr. Brockway's work. I'll be utilizing his services again in the future.

Mr. Brockway takes pride in his work and represents his clients to the fullest extent. He's honest about what he can do and he'll never make a promise of which he can't deliver. From my experience, he appears to be well-liked and respected amongst his colleagues throughout the courts, and this, of course, helps him get the job done along with his expertise and drive. Depending on persons and circumstances, he'll do what he can to help you and he's very responsive with his clients. I've given his information to several people I know in search of counsel. Highly recommended!

Good service

We made an appointment with Andrew prior to moving forward with options for an adoption. He was honest and empathetic. He never led us astray. During the process, he made himsef available to us for any questions we had and responded in a timey manner. We appreciated the candor. He also kept in touch with how the process was going as we were anxious about the whole thing. We highly recommend Mr. Brockway for your legal needs. He will tell you what you need to know not what you want to hear.
