All and all Micheal and his office did an excellent closing for a Leisure Village condo I rehabbed while out of state. I would recommend to others. It wasn’t especially easy as the buyer was out of state as well but I can’t blame others for that.

Save your money and find another attorney. Unless you want to pay the fee and do his job for him. If you need updates from the seller or updates from the town on matters like the CO, you could ask him, and get a "Waiting on updates" response and never hear back for weeks, until you follow up yourself directly with the other parties . We bought a new construction home and he seemed very unfamiliar with the process though we were told by his secretary that he had plenty of experience with new home sales. There were several matters left pending that had to be settled, and his response was always "We'll deal with it at closing". Well we closed and the matters are still outstanding and now he's really out of the picture and the issues are now for me and my wife to deal with on our own. Take my advice, use another lawyer!

This is absolutelty the WORST law office. I basically did all the work for him. They dont keep you in the loop about anything. I had to contact kathy and micheal several times because they werent giving us any information. The day before closing he was so unprepared we almost did not close on time because he was scrambling to get things together that needed to be done before closing. Worst experience with this lawyer. Do Not Use Them. He could care less, hes only there to take your money.
