Lack of proactive communication and updates
“We bought a new construction home and he seemed very unfamiliar with the process though we were told by his secretary that he had plenty of experience with new home sales. There were several matters left pending that had to be settled, and his response was always "We'll deal with it at closing". Well we closed and the matters are still outstanding and now he's really out of the picture and the issues are now for me and my wife to deal with on our own.”
