I got into a car accident last September and after interviewing several law firms, i chose W&K and more specifically Jason Hake. I was happy with my case results and was able to get maximum compensation for my accident which I was 0% at fault. I will definitely recommend W&K and Jason Hake, he was professional, communicative and passionate about my case from the start. If I ever get into another accident (I hope I don’t) I won’t hesitate to call Jason. 5 stars for sure!

I was in an MVA in 2017 and really knew nothing about how to deal with my injuries let alone who to seek legal counsel from. I wanted to stay away from the impersonal big guys who do all the advertising and find a firm that is local and with a great reputation so I chose Winkler Kurtz LLP. Jason Hake took my case and from the very beginning he expressed uncommon interest in knowing me, protecting me, and guiding me through a difficult time in my life, while never being rushed or distracted when we were together. Dealing with lawyers and courts can be quite intimidating and frightening, but Jason was there make sure things were going well and that I understood his approach to my particular needs. Whenever I had a question, we either spoke by phone or my emails were promptly answered in detail yet in terms the lay person can easily understand. In the end, my case came to a very satisfactory conclusion and I feel I could not have gotten better representation anywhere. Jason is extremely bright, well educated, personable and caring.
