Poor communication and lack of responsiveness from the office staff

“The people at the office on the other hand are the exact opposite. The is the second time I'm receiving a settlement check from them, and it's the same song and dance. I gave them my new address last Monday on the 4th, and have yet to receive the check. I've sent an email inquiring about the check status and to see if it was sent yet just to get no reply. When you call the number their seems to be no way to actually get a person, and when you leave a voicemail no one ever gets back to you.”

Delays in receiving settlement checks

“Literally no good form of communication. They don't even have an automated email saying they received my claim form. And the website is even worse, I've input the claim number every time only for nothing to happen, it doesn't take me to the confirmation page, or give me an option for direct deposit. I just got another claim form in the mail for a different lawsuit. And I don't think I even want to file, it's not like I'm gonna get the money anyway.”
