Atty was initially appointed by the court. later being assigned by indigent defense. failed to enter into an attorney/ client agreement . never filed any paperwork on my behalf, wouldn't keep me updated on status of case. failed to readily make herself available to answer questions. made unprofessional and biased comments. had received unlawfully obtained protected health information on me and when I asked her where she got the information she wouldn't give us an answer. yes my wife was also in the room. finally the night before the settlement conference she calls and asks me to be at courthouse by 9 am and she doesn't show up til approx. 5 minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin. I guess you get what u pay for. Still waiting for SLC to send me a bill. Maybe they'll send me a refund. LMAO
