So glad we used Tom for our estate settlement. Tom is very kind and carrying about the issue at hand and helped us through the process of selling my fathers house after his death. He identified there was a Trust in place that our other attorney did not discover thus causing a probate issue when not needed. I can’t say enough about how great Mr. Bauer was. Going through a bankruptcy is difficult for anyone, but having him there to literally walk me through everything was comforting to say the least. It was, to me, a low point in my life to admit I needed help and he never made me feel bad about my decision. In fact he explained to me that what I was doing was to build a better future for myself. If you are searching for a real estate lawyer, stop looking further. You just found the best you can get. My bank and process of purchasing a co-op condo was a roller coaster ride and Tom was always there smoothing out the bumps and helping me get through. At the closing, with again more bumps, Tom had all the right ideas to get over the hurdles caused by the other parties involved. He absolutely knows what he is doing and keeps in constant contact. You will be so happy to have him on your side. I mean it--stop searching and give him a call.
