I hired Daniel R. Miller for a speeding ticket that was a 68 in a 25 that was also classified as a misdemeanor reckless driving ticket in Highland, NY. Not only was he able to get rid of the reckless driving misdemeanor ticket but also got the speed down to a 36 in a 25! This guy works magic! He was very professional and I highly recommend him! I have been using Daniel now, in between 4 and 6 years, and the first thing I'm going to say is all those years ago, when I reached out to Dan and he represented me on my first case, that point forward mr. Miller was the only lawyer in my contacts on my phone which is how it is to this current day. The only thing I'm upset about at this point is the fact that there are we five stars I could give him and not 10. Each and every time Daniel came to court for me which since that first time I reached out to him, has been numerous times each year and there has not been one matter I needed his assistance on that I was even slightly disappointed with. Some people like myself are very mechanically inclined, I could fix anything I could build anything, and then you have people I can, who has a natural gift, is beyond talented as an attorney , and knows his way through the court system like nothing I've ever seen in my life.
