Too big. I sent an intake form with a timeline of where I was in the court, and information any lawyer would need. I was emailed and to call back the 800 number. I did. The person had the intake form and then said they'd connect me with the best lawyer. They did. It was a complete mismatch. I had expressly stated I needed someone for trial. That person doesn't litigate at all. She redirected me to someone else, though she somehow didn't have access to all the information I'd already sent (these are not documents, it's like a paragraph summary). I was called back, told that the person would need to review all my documents and that they don't do free consults. I mean, she didn't even ask a single question about what my case even was. They might not be a good fit so why would I spend $450 to find out? Kinda funny, since most lawyers I've encountered will at least talk to you for five minutes to see if the case is a good match for them. So, pricey but also amusingly inefficient, having me talk to people who aren't even the right lawyers. I would not recommend.
