I was caught off guard and very scared when my wages were suddenly garnished for a judgement that had occurred years ago about which I was not aware. I met with Attorney Dantzman and upon reviewing my current financial situation and all of my options he confirmed that I was, indeed, a candidate for bankruptcy. He was able to stop the garnishment within a few days, even though I first met with him on a Thursday and he was away at a conference the following weekend. He made me feel like I was a top priority, and expedited the bankruptcy quickly and efficiently. On the day of my court appearance, I was amazed how many people were either without representation, or showed up with Attorney's who, to be honest, did not seem nearly as professional or prepared as mine.
