Dantzman & Dantzman Law Office is a very reputable law office in Poughkeepsie, New York. Mr. and Mrs. Dantzman helped my aunt with her financial problems that were badly affecting her physically and emotionally. But thanks to Mr Dantzman's help she is now happy, leaving a normal and healthy life. My aunt was treated with respect and compassion. Their service was quick. They made us feel welcome into their office, moreover they made us feel so comfortable. Mr. Dantzman is a professional, he asked the right questions to figure out how to help. When I took my aunt to court, Mr. Dantzman was the most professional looking lawyer. He also took my aunt into a conference table to review the paper work. I came across Greg Dantzman's firm while looking for some guidance with some financial difficulties I was was experiencing. After reading several positive reviews, I reached out to arrange a consultation. How relieved I felt after my initial meeting with Mr. Dantzman. Not only is he professional, extremely knowledgeable in the area of law he practices, but he made me feel that everything would be okay and not to continue to beat myself up as mistakes (although a very costly one) happen. When reaching out to Mr. Dantzman, he always responded to me even if it was a short, quick e-mail to say "I am in court," he made sure he would follow up afterwards despite his commitments. Very good, honest man and very well spoken

Attorney Dantzman is in my opinion one of the best lawyers I have ever come across. He doesn't nickel and dime you and his rates are affordable and fair. It's stressful enough to be a bad financial situation but when I hired Mr. Dantzman he immediately put my mind at ease with the whole bankruptcy process. He doesn't mind taking phone calls and answering questions. Most attorneys that charge a flat fee will limit their communication with you because they're not getting paid the normal hourly rate but Mr. Dantzman was there for me throughout the whole process and without hesitation I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was caught off guard and very scared when my wages were suddenly garnished for a judgement that had occurred years ago about which I was not aware. I met with Attorney Dantzman and upon reviewing my current financial situation and all of my options he confirmed that I was, indeed, a candidate for bankruptcy. He was able to stop the garnishment within a few days, even though I first met with him on a Thursday and he was away at a conference the following weekend. He made me feel like I was a top priority, and expedited the bankruptcy quickly and efficiently. On the day of my court appearance, I was amazed how many people were either without representation, or showed up with Attorney's who, to be honest, did not seem nearly as professional or prepared as mine. Attorney Dantzman was sympathetic to my situation, and helped me feel at ease from the moment I set foot in his office.
