I was not happy with the services provided. I would recommend others to call around and take the time to find someone who cares. Glenn didn’t take the time to say my name correctly. He kept telling me NY was strict. When I emailed to ask a question, I never received an answer. The only time I heard from him or his assistance was to collect payment.

My experienced with the law firm were beyond measures. I haven't been in many accident whereas I needed a lawyer but the 1/2 cases I had that a lawyer was need can't beat this law firm. Professionalism, communication, knowing the law in which they practice. If more assistance is needed no run around, they put in contact with the correct people.
