I was a client of Glenn's for a speed zone infraction along the Taconic in a remote part of NY known for targeting out of state drivers passing through. When I called Glenn to inquire of his services I found that not only was he the best value, he was also very transparent about the process for the municipality my ticket was from since he had worked in their courts many times. Since he was local to the area of the ticket and it did not come across as if he was trying to make a quick buck from me like the bigger NYC firms who offered to send an associate, I selected Glenn as my representation. Ultimately, the result of my case was the best outcome Glenn said would be available to me during our consultations, and I am very happy I opted to work with him. An added bonus was that I did not have to travel the 2.5 hours north for the appearance date. Glenn was able to handle it all himself with the proper paperwork. At the least, Glenn is worth making a call to. He was my first call when looking for legal assistance, and ultimately after shopping around more (which Glenn encouraged me to do) I made a great choice by working with him.

Glenn was straightforward and got right to the point explaining the options and possible outcomes. No unnecessary fluff and upselling tactics. After my initial call almost all contact was directly with him and not his staff (although they were great too). But most importantly he got the results. No points! 20+ mph over (allegedly) to a parking ticket. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

What i liked most about Mr. Bruno was that he was very candid about what he could do to help me even though my infraction was severe enough to give me points in my license. Not only did he deliver positive results, but he was able to reduce my speeding infraction to a littering ticket. I was very pleased with the results as well as with his professionalism, timeliness and service. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a traffic lawyer in his area of service.

At first i thought he seemed nice & would be helpful but i quickly realized after speaking that he had no intention on hearing me out or a willingness to help. Would cut me off mid sentence before i could finish speaking i found my first encounter with him rude. Sad to say im not one for the race card but If u ask me i believe once i spoke over the phone he could tell i wasnt caucasian.

I can't say enough great things about Glenn Bruno and his firm. I am not from the area and was so hesitant choosing a lawyer based on reviews, but I am so glad I did. His office explained all procedures to me and walked me through the whole process. They made it very easy to follow directions and eased my mind. I was a complete nervous wreck because I had never received a speeding tkt before. He reduced a speeding ticket of 88 and 6 pts to a charge of parked within 15 ft of a hydrant.
