I am grateful for Mr. Sedlak's commitment to my case. He is an absolute professional who made me feel at ease about my case. He also made it possible for me to stay at work in CT while he appeared in court for me in New York, the firm made this process as easy and stress free as possible! My charge of a misdemeanor was dropped to an unlawful possession, and my many many traffic violations (speeding, window tints, brake light out) were all reduced to a simple parking violation, with at least 4 speeding tickets from the past on my NY driving records. I am very pleased with the results of my case and could not have asked for a better outcome and representation. The cost of his represntation was also extremely fair and worth every penny, he definitely saved me a lot of money on tickets and charges. Andre Sedlak was an amazing lawyer. I'm not just saying that either. When I got into trouble he calmed me down fast because he talked me through every step. He has helped me since day one and each day he helped to keep me on track with the legal processes. And if it wasn't something I needed to do then Andre always kept me informed on the things that he was doing and how everything was panning out. He will always try and help you so that the law is always on your side. I know this because he worked hard on my cases and each time I knew I could count on him no questions asked. Andre helped me with my first legal issue. I'm from MD and was pulled over for DWI in Hyde Park, NY. I was un sure of what to expect. when i contacted Andre he quickly went over the options of what i should do. Andre was quick in setting up a meeting the next day. Overall i don't have anything negative to say about my experience. Andre would contact me with new information regarding my case about once a week. He was very helpful and accessible whenever i needed him. Andre was very quick in all of his replies to my emails and phone calls.

Just wanted to say that I was very impressed by the level of service provided by Mr. Sedlak, in the handling of my speeding ticket. He was very helpful in answering my questions on how a ticket in NY would be handled, as I'm a resident of NJ and had no prior experience with the system there. He also explained the potential outcomes with as much honesty as possible, thereby tempering my expectations. In the end, he was able to get my ticket down to a non-moving violation, which was exactly what i was hoping for. Throughout, he was readily available for any questions I had. Will certainly be seeking his services in the future, if required.

Mr Sedlak did an outstanding job of resolving a minor DMV issue that should have been handled by another firm's lawyer. He always responded right away either by phone or email and was very confident which gave me the client a good at ease feeling that all was gonna be resolved the right way now. I would definitely use Mr Sedlak's services again if needed!

I had to deal with a minor highway incident, and Mr. Sedlak did an excellent job of helping me throughout the case. As soon as I showed up he informed me that the case was dismissed, and that I would not even have to present myself to the court. I would definitely recommend his staff and services again.
