The McCabe, Coleman, Ventosa, and Patterson law firm guided us through the sometimes difficult process of settling the estate of our late mother in a NYS County outside of Dutchess County, during an emotionally difficult time for our family, as well as during numerous pandemic delays with the Probate Court there. The McCabe firm successfully guided us through the often frustrating red tape of the Court and the process, with the ultimate professionalism and understanding. We certainly would not hesitate to use their services again, especially in this area of the law, if and when the need might arise. When trouble comes my pray to my Irish grandmother's. Chris Coleman came to become in their ranks as a guardian angel in my legal case. He took extra time to understand my life and that pulled my case together to keeping an absolutely clean record. I'd also like to mention that John ventoso upon receiving my call worked two hours after hours to ascertain all of the legal entanglements that could have applied and arranged a path for me to follow in two hours that absolutely put me on a path of a man well versed in the law and absolutely prepared. There wasn't an act committed or a word mentioned by this firm that didn't turn out to be completely flawless. I give you my word I will never forget either of their names for as long as I live.

Mr. Bauer was an amazing person to work with! He answered every question I had, clearly and honestly. Made sure I felt at ease during this hectic time in my life, as well as reassured me that this was a new beginning and that I wasn’t alone. I interviewed at least 1/2 dozen Lawyers in the area before making my decision and he was the only one who gave advice with out me feeling any form of judgement and didn’t insist on any form of payment until I was ready to commit. So a couple months ago I was drowning in debt working to pay bills I couldn’t afford felt like I was never ahead over old bill medical and so forth. Then I met Mr. Bauer. Man was that the best thing he help me ever step of the way very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his job now I’m on the road to recovery with a clear mindset and a fresh start I can’t thank him enough definitely recommend Mr. Bauer for all your professional needs. Update. 3/22/24. So about a year ago I filled bankruptcy Thomas. Handled my case as shown above what I written. And it was handled professionally fast forward one of the companies tried to come after me again and threaten me with court and sue me I immediately called Mr. Bauer he stated don’t worry I will handled this within two week this matter was taken care of I can’t even explain how professional Mr. Bauer is. I highly recommend Mr. Bauer. For any case nothing is to little or big for Mr. Bauer a true professional honest person.
